2 Quick & Healthy Dinners

Trying to find time to healthy dinners can be a pain in the ass! Also normally they take so long and they're normally not that nice, but here is two meals I love to make! :)



Jacket Potato with Homemade Coleslaw and Homemade Pizza


Coleslaw:
Shredded Red Cabbage
Shredded Carrot
Sliced tomato Flesh
Mayonnaise

Pizza:
Tortilla Wrap
Tomato Paste
Mozzarella
Basil

Jacket Potato
One Jacket Potato Baked and halved
Seasoning to taste


Chicken, Rice and Peas


Now this one takes a little longer unless you buy a pre cooked chicken like I did! #SoLazy

Chicken
Your choice, The one I used is pre cooked rotisserie and has a garlic coating

Rice
White or Brown Rice
Mixed Peppers
Peas
